Job Description

The Workforce Management Supervisor motivates and supports schedulers in the production of weekly schedules and daily operational tasks. The Supervisor is a leadership liaison between the Workforce Management Specialists and management.

+ Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth

+ Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies

+ Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models

+ Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations

+ Adhere to all ethical and equity when managing WFM Specialists and various department inquiries

+ Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations

+ Ensure the Workforce Management team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs

+ Perform other job-related duties as requested


+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Two (2) years related experience

+ Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays


+ Bachelor’s degree or work experience in a related field

+ Experience utilizing Kronos, Virtual Roster and Workday software

+ Bi-lingual
