**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**

As a Villa Services Concierge, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining

+ Expedite requests for transportation reservations, restaurant reservation, Spa appointments

+ Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests

+ Set up orders, deliver these orders to the Butler assigned and maintain a clean working area in the kitchen

+ Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing

+ Assist in the arrangement of personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc. for Villa guests

+ Maintain Butler’s pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition

+ Knowledgeable of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available; the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list and guest room layout; locations and room numbers/names

+ Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness

+ Inspect table set-ups; check for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with guest’s order and departmental standards

+ Perform other job-related duties as requested

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**

+ Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ Perception and awareness of individual needs and the ability to handle all situations calmly and professionally

+ Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine

+ Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

+ Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

+ Knowledge of accommodations, amenities, and menu items including standard and alcoholic beverages

+ Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

+ Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

**PREFERRED:**

+ Two (2) years of guest service experience.

+ Experience in a similar resort setting
