Usher for David Copperfield – MGM Grand

**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**
It is the primary purpose of the Usher to greet and engage with guests before, during and after the show, direct guests to their seating location and monitor each seating section to ensure our guests have an excellent experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with property and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Greet guests and interact with guests, displaying SHOW Service at all times.
+ Show guests to seats and attend to their needs.
+ Monitor specific seating areas (VIP, General Admission, etc.) and direct guests to their area based on their purchased ticket
