**THE JOB:**
As a Retail Stock Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by verifying and preparing merchandise and operating supplies for the retail shop while ensuring organization and cleanliness of shopping and storage areas. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:**
+ Count, inspect, and prepare merchandise upon delivery in order to transport it to retail stores and storage rooms.
+ Stock and replenish merchandise in stores following all department and visual merchandising standards.
+ Communicate merchandise and supply inventory needs to Assistant Managers/Managers and Vendors
+ Support the team in preparing for and conducting physical inventory and cycle counts.
+ Assist sales associates as needed with guests needs following the company’s S.H.O.W. guest service standards.
