**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**
As a Parking Ambassador, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By anticipating guest need and modeling fast and efficient service you will set the tone for an unrivaled resort experience.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services.
+ Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays.
+ Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
+ Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty.
+ Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.
+ Perform other job-related duties as requested
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ 6 months of guest service experience.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
**PREFERRED:**
+ Previous experience working in a resort setting.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**
+ Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
+ Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
+ Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
+ Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
+ Ability to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Professional appearance and demeanor.
