It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Starbucks Attendant to manage the daily operations of assigned store(s) including proper staff deployment and the execution of Starbucks Playbook. Assign and preform all duties that are to be performed in accordance with Starbucks, departmental and policies, practices and procedures.
+ Oversees a shift of approximately 3-12 employees at a time.
+ Interacts with guests and deliver high quality guest service.
+ Handle guest complaints or concerns as they pertain to the shift and notify management immediately.
+ Oversight and execution of assigned plays and formations from Starbucks Playbook.
+ Coaches and trains new and existing Starbucks Attendants and Bus/Runners.
+ Ensure that Starbucks standards are being followed.
+ Ensure property standards are being followed.
+ Establish par levels for daily orders and complete the daily order sheet.
+ Ensure adherence to established SNHD and QASA guidelines.
+ Practices and observes all safety duties and regulations.
+ Performs all other job related duties as requested.
+ Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries
+ Maintain the cleanliness of the all front and back of the house areas within the outlet
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**
+ Knowledge of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment
+ Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, and coolers, slicers and beverage machines
+ Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
+ Basic computer skills and experience with varied Point of Sale (POS) systems
+ Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
+ Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
+ Able to lead and mentor a team
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
**PREFERRED:**
+ Six (6) months experience as a fountain worker and/or cashier in a high-volume food establishment
+ Experience working in a similar resort setting
