The **SHOW** comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Lead Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety of our pool guests by setting the stage for an excellent guest experience. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** memories the guest will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
+ Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
+ Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their stories as you assist guests with pool side needs
+ Set and maintain the stage by ensuring the set-up, breakdown, cleaning, linen distribution, and overall appearance of the pool areas
+ Ensure guest safety by following proper company policies and legal requirements regarding the safety, health, and welfare of our guests, employees, and the property
+ Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest
+ Perform other job-related duties as requested
