Job Title: Lead Generator in Store Location: Las Vegas NV Job Type: Flexible hours Job Summary: $12.00 /hr plus $10 per lead, flexible hours We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Generator in Store to join our team at Silver State Flooring LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth by engaging with customers who visit our store. The Lead Generator in Store will be the first point of contact for customers and will use their sales skills and product knowledge to promote our services. Responsibilities: Engage with customers who visit the store and provide them with information about our services. Keep up-to-date with new products and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Use IME software to manage and track leads and customer interactions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are followed up and converted into sales. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and promotions to generate leads and drive sales. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework in sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role in a retail environment is preferred.
