**THE JOB:**
As a Fine Dining Busperson, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by engaging the guests, providing water service, and setting, marking, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:**
+ Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
+ Provide support for 2 Servers.
+ Engage with guests in a warm, professional, manner consistent with the company’s high level of service standards.
+ Monitor tables to ensure guests’ needs are met and cleanliness is maintained.
+ Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:**
+ Takes pride in their work.
+ Looks forward to working with a team, enjoys helping others, and likes to make a good impression.
+ Describes themselves as highly engaging and detail oriented.
+ Can handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment.
+ Has at least (1) year of food service experience working in a high-volume venue, preferably in a fine dining/steakhouse-style restaurant.
