Summary We are seeking a client-focused individual with medical experience. As Client Experience Manager, you must be highly organized and able to document client treatment data. A Client Experience Manager will manage all medical client communication The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and empathetic. Responsibilities Daily interaction with clients gathering medical information. Review and order medical records from providers and communicate records information to clients. Engage insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure information and account balances. Interact with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers regarding medical conversations Review medical records and analyze clinical tests and diagnostics. Work directly across multiple functional groups to coordinate and deliver a strong client experience. Manage active case inventory and customer experience metrics. Communicate and escalate client concerns to supervisor. Qualification Prior experience in case management or as Nursing Assistant, LPN/LVN (preferred). A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive interaction with team, clients, insurance companies and medical providers. Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision. Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail. Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
