Job Description

**PRIMARY** **PURPOSE:**

It is the responsibility of the Casino Cashier Representative I to process accurate customer and inter-departmental monetary transactions while providing excellent guest service promoting the M life Rewards program. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.

**PRINCIPAL** **DUTIES** **AND** **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Executes the following duties in accordance with Casino credit policies, including but not limited to markerpayments & issuance,deposits,withdrawals, and chip bank duties not limited to Fills/Credit to the Pit and in the Cage.Assistsguests with all transactionalneeds within specifiedguidelines.Ensuressecurity of Companyassets, including cash, chips, and tokens, during the shift.

+ Promote,educate and driveguestenrollment into MLifeRewards program, MyVegasrewards program, and MlifeRewardsMastercard program; IssueFREEPLAY,complimentary play coupons and adjust tier credits to guests upon request in accordance with outlined company policies and procedures.

+ Promote,demonstrates and maintains the highestlevel of S.H.O.W.guestservice program to all guests,escalatesguest complaints to the CasinoCageShiftSupervisor and respondseffectively to guestinquiriesrelated to the property and the local area.

+ UnderstandsCompanyAML/Suspiciousactivity policy and notifiesSupervisor of all unusualevents,circumstances,missingitems, or allegedtheft.

+ Understands principles of responsiblegaming and ensureconsistentpromotion of GameSense to all guests.

+ Balances all appropriate banks within the Cagewithsupervision at the end of the shift in accordance with departmental variance policy and completes all reports or forms accurately in compliance with Title 31.

**MINIMUM** **REQUIREMENTS:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ One (1) year of relevantexperience.
